The Council for National Human Rights welcomes the new release decisions

The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) welcomes the decisions issued by the Supreme State Security Prosecution to release 34 defendants in cases No. 1018 of 2020, 910 of 2021, 41 of 2022, 440 of 2022, 1691 of 2022, 1977 of 2022, and 2094 of 2022.

 

NCHR appreciates the issuance of these decisions, which come within the framework of national efforts to provide the released detainees with the opportunity to integrate into society and participate in public life in light of the law, the constitution and of the National Strategy for Human Rights.
