The Governor stressed that one of the strongest human rights initiatives that Egypt has witnessed over the past years is President Sisi’s "Hayat Karima" (Decent Life) initiative to provide all services to our people in the Egyptian countryside. This is a precedent that has never happened before, as it guarantees the provision of services to more than 60% of the Egyptian people.

Mokhtar pointed out that Dakahlia deals with the comprehensive concept of human rights from all aspects to provide services of all kinds, including medical services in hospitals and establishing offices for citizen and patient services inside hospitals, in addition to many initiatives to reduce prices and provide all strategic goods to citizens.
