National Council for Human Rights Opens the 14th “Forum of Civil Society Organizations” Tomorrow

Mohamed Fayek, President of the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) shall inaugurate tomorrow the 14th Forum of Civil Society Organizations, which is held under the title “Civil Society Organizations are One of the Mechanisms for Implementation of the Egyptian Strategy for Sustainable Development (Egypt Vision 2030)”.

This comes as part of the NCHR’s efforts to strengthen the cooperation and coordination between all concerned parties to come up with work plans, visions, proposals and programmes regarding the following lines of action:

The civil work law and its executive regulation

The National Strategy for Human Rights

The Sustainable Development Strategy (SDS): Egypt Vision 2030

A number of concerned parties will participate in the forum. This include representatives from concerned ministries, civil society organizations, human rights sectors, vice-governors, presidents of executive bodies and human rights units in governorates across Egypt.
