The National Council for Human Rights starts the Third Round of the “NCHR Officers’ Capacity-Building” Programme

The National Council for Human Rights commences the third round of its programme “NCHR Officers’ Capacity-Building”, which will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. The programme will run for five days and will focus on the development of effective complaint handling, in the light of the human rights basics and the international obligations. It will provide training on the most recent technologies for monitoring and documenting complaints by objective criteria. Also, the programme includes the preparation of the internal reports to develop the corporate work in accordance with specific rules and the different procedures for dealing with complainants, including principles of psychological support for the NCHR’s officers.

All officers concerned with complaint-handling will participate in the training programme along with representatives from the NCHR’s branches in Al Qaliobia, Sohag, Beni Suef, Portsaid, Assiut, Kafr El Sheikh and Al-Gharbia.

The total number of participants is 15 males and 7 females.
