The Administrative Prosecution and the National Human Council for Rights sign a cooperation protocol

To enhance cooperation between the Administrative Prosecution and the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) in the field of protecting human rights, consolidating their value, and spreading awareness about them, today, a cooperation protocol was signed between the Administrative Prosecution, headed by Counselor Hafez Abbas, Head of the Administrative Prosecution, and Ambassador Mushira Khattab, President of NCHR.

In the presence of Ambassador Fahmi Fayed, Secretary-General of the Council for Human Rights, and a group of advisors, leaders of departments and units, and members of the Administrative Prosecution.

The protocol is scheduled to aim to support and enhance joint cooperation in the field of community awareness of human rights, provide a digital platform between the two parties dedicated to receiving complaints of human rights violations in entities subject to the jurisdiction of the Administrative Prosecution, and organize and hold scientific and practical conferences, seminars and workshops on basic human rights and public freedoms. Exchanging legal and technical visions regarding various legislation related to human rights and public freedoms, and participating in the preparation of research, training plans, scientific materials, and awareness and educational campaigns; To raise community awareness about the pioneering role played by the Administrative Prosecution in the field of human rights protection.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Counselor Hafez Abbas, Chairman of the Commission, presented the Administrative Prosecution Shield to Ambassador Mushira Khattab, President of the National Council for Human Rights.
