NCHR’s complaints committee inspects quality of services in Fayoum

A delegation from the National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) and its Committee has arrived in Fayoum Governorate for a four-day field visit. The delegation aims to assess the quality of services provided to citizens in the cities of Ebshaway, Youssef Al-Siddiq, and Tamia.

The NCHR’s Complaints Committee began its work by visiting service facilities in various centers, cities, and villages throughout the governorate. They also held meetings with executive officials at the Fayoum Governorate, led by Mr. Mahmoud Basyouni, member of the Council and Head of the Complaints Committee.

During their visit, the delegation met with the Head of the Center and City of Fayoum to discuss ongoing efforts to improve the quality and accessibility of various services for citizens. They also explored the governorate's initiatives to complete development and service projects in Fayoum City's villages and centers, addressing any potential obstacles to implementation.

The delegation's itinerary includes a visit to Fayoum General Hospital, where they will meet with the hospital director and learn about the medical services offered to the over four million residents of Fayoum Governorate.

This visit underscores the National Council for Human Rights' commitment to ensuring the quality and accessibility of essential services for all citizens across Egypt.
