The National Council for Human Rights Mourns the Loss of Nawal El Saadawi

With a deep grief and sorrow, The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR), which is presided over by Mr. Mohamed Fayek, mourns the loss of Egyptian writer and novelist Nawal El Saadawi, who passed away yesterday.

Mr. Mohamed Fayek noted that Egypt has lost a prominent human and women's rights advocate, with the death of the late Nawal El Saadawi. He added that the deceased was a distinguished Egyptian writer and novelist, who has left behind a great legacy of creative writings for the upcoming generations.
